Printing PowerPoint Files

File: Print: Print what (at the bottom left of the new window) and choose "Handouts (six per page)." See graphic below.

This will save paper. And, the slides will still be readable when printed on a good quality printer.

You can also remove the background if it is annoying or causes problems when you print the slides. With the file open, right click the mouse on the background (where there is not text or graphics). Select Background. Then choose white from the pull down menu. Then click "Apply to all." The background will then be a uniform white.
